Lay’s RePlay is a project that aims to repurpose empty chip bags into sustainable artificial turf fields, transforming them into more than just a bag of chips. The initiative is a partnership between PepsiCo, the UEFA Foundation for Children, and NGO streetfootballworld, with the goal of creating football pitches that benefit local communities. The first pitch has already been launched in Tembisa, South Africa, and more are planned in Turkey, Brazil, and the UK.

I was asked by the graphics team at PepsiCo. to help with the animation to demonstrate the tranformation process.
